Kenny Wee refuses to comment

14 Dec – Despite the brouhahas about rumours of a spat between Eric Tsang and Kenny Wee that concluded with Eric slapping the latter on the face, the businessman has decided not to discuss the issue.

Groove Asia reported that the restaurant owner and his wife, actress Suki Chui, refused to reveal any details, stating that, "We have handed the case over to the police and there is nothing more to say."

It was also speculated that their choice to keep mum about the case may have been forced upon them.

During an interview subsequent to the incident, Kenny revealed that he and Suki had been threatened and verbally insulted by a group of gang members after he went to the hospital to examine the wounds he suffered from the physical conflict.

Kenny was telling the media that Suki was scared and worried about their daughter's safety.

The conflict with Eric Tsang is just another aftermath of the original scandal, when the restaurant owner recently alleged that 23 Hong Kong celebrities were involved in a drug party at his restaurant last year.

Despite not naming anyone, tabloids were quick to speculate that Eason Chan's wife Hilary Tsui and actor Sam Lee were among the celebrities in question. Both stars have since denied the allegations.
