Beyoncé Looks Effortlessly Cool in a Hooded Catsuit and a Criss-Cross Leather Jacket

“It's just that I'm that girl."

Another day, another Beyoncé photo dump. First, it was her high-fashion take on holiday dressing with the sparkliest pair of Prada hot pants, then it’s a festive twist on the classic pinstripe suit. Now, the multi-hyphenate is forgoing color altogether in an all-black ‘fit that will surely get you through the winter.

On Thursday, the pop star gave her 319 million Instagram followers a peek at her OOTD. In true Beyoncé fashion, she skipped the caption and posted a series of snaps showing off her modeling chops in her winter take on head-to-toe black. In the post, Beyoncé wore a black hooded catsuit adorned with silver appliqués layered under a cropped criss-cross leather jacket. A later slide detailed her accessories, which included a pair of black Paris Texas lace-up sandals, massive silver drop earrings, black cat-eye framed sunglasses, and a black quilted chain-strap bag (which she later traded for a white handbag.)

Beauty-wise, she opted for a pop of color with a bold red lip and a crimson French manicure featuring Santa hat tips, and she tucked her platinum blonde hair into the hood, save for a couple of face-framing tendrils.

As we wrap up 2023, it's easy to see that Beyoncé and Taylor Swift were the queens of the entertainment industry, hands down. Between their top-grossing world tours and record-breaking music documentaries, the two icons are running the world. And amidst it all, they refuse to become rivals.

“There were so many stadium tours this summer, but the only ones that were compared were me and Beyoncé,” Swift said in her Time magazine Person of the Year interview. “Clearly, it’s very lucrative for the media and stan culture to pit two women against each other, even when those two artists in question refuse to participate in that discussion.”
