My name is Stefan Chong Ru Chyi, a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports athlete. Apart from hanging out with friends, I enjoy the occasional basketball and billiards session. I am also an admirer of nice watches and cars.
On how he got his start in esports...
I was scouted as being one of the best mechanical players during early seasons of the game to join a team. Back then, there were only very small scale tournaments and eventually, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2017.
I qualified with my team then, Impunity, representing Singapore and came in fourth overall.
On his most memorable esports moment...
It has to be being part of the national team, representing Singapore in the prestigious 30th Southeast Asian Games.
On what gadgets he uses...
With regard to gaming-related peripherals I have little to none of them as it is a game based on mobile phones.
What I do have is a much needed 2 to 3-metre long charging cable to ensure full comfort when charging while gaming.
Also, a tablet and HDMI adapter to plan out strategies on the map by means of drawing where it can be translated onto a TV screen for all team members to discuss with.

On his esports idol...
It has to be R7 from Team RRQ.
Apart from being one of the best mechanical players for his role, which has a huge hero pool, he also has a high mastery on them as well. That requires talent apart from just hard work.
Also, he has exceptional decision making skills, is always able to analyse situations in game really well and react accordingly even under high pressure in major tournaments.
